A blended program:

Winter warriors will be delivered via an easy to use cellphone app in combination with in-person group training sessions.

Commitment

Every second week, we’ll meet for in person boot-camp style training sessions. This will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 AM

In week nine there is an extended 2 hour boot-camp session at Tūpare gardens. See full schedule below.
