My experience:
I have had the privilege and honour of coaching women in groups, workshops, sound healings, expereiences, webinars, 1:1, ranging from in-person and also in the digital space.
My original online women’s group coaching program The Warrior Weekly has been running since 2022. It has fluctuated from a paid program to being free and so on.
The key learning that I have discovered from delivering The Warrior Weekly is that online coaching programs need clarity! They must have a start, a middle and a finish. This allows for tangible goals to be reached. A timeline dictates directed focus for all involved!
Hence I have now captured those powerful tools and learnings into this 6 week program - Divine Radiance

Pillars for purpose:
Something that has revealed itself to me over the past few years is that we are all yearning for acceptance. Initially we may think this is acceptance from other people. But on a real, deep level, this acceptance is about ourselves.
Accepting all the choices we have made. Acceptance does not mean endorsing or repeating those choices again and again. It means bringing awareness to the self, that, at that time you made the best decision you could with what you knew and how to do it.
This brings me to share with you, the three pillars of understanding upon which my business and coaching operates from:
Self Reflection
Practicing actions and cultivating states that enhance awareness of habits, thoughts and behaviours.
Reflecting, becoming a mirror for that which we desire to experience 🪞
Self Acceptance
Being present with ‘the self’ in all actions and experiences. Acknowledge the past and prepare for the future - not stuck in either.
Accepting what must be done to “move the needle” 🎯
Self Expansion
Learning the lessons when they appear, acknowledging success, cultivating gratitude and reverence for life and its power.
Expanding beyond what we know, in order to know what we do not know 🌀
