The goal of this interactive event is to raise awareness and solutions around men's mental health. It is designed to share and explore simple tools and ideas for mental well-being and how men might apply those tools to their unique lives and experiences.
Harmonious Rā, Rex Lovegrove, Stone James answer the following questions and reflect on their personal journeys of self awareness, self acceptance and self love.
- What does it mean to 'do the work'? - What is self healing? - How do you manage your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being?
